		<description>It&#039;s hard to believe that any real property could double over the next 2 decades in light of the past 3 years, but I do see the argument. The reason I don&#039;t see this as possible is because of capitalism. If real estate prices begin to skyrocket, more builders and developers will get into the business adding more supply and keeping prices from rising that far. Building material and land costs would have to double as well and that just isn&#039;t possible in a world economy without extinction.</description>
